I have been giving dance lessons in Amsterdam since February 1993. My method of teaching goes from the simple to the complicated. In principle: I try to keep it social. In Latin America people dance mainly to socialise and have fun dancing, it doesn`t have to be at a "high level". People there dance mainly to have fun with each other and with the music.
I also like to do Shows, to make choreographies. I do that with students that want to go beyond the "Social Dancing". I have also in the past trained people to be in competitions.
For many of my advanced lessons, Workshops, and Shows I have the help of Annemiek Oomens. She has taken lessons with many teachers here in Amsterdam, including me. She has also given Salsa Dance lessons herself, in Amsterdam Noord. My door is always open, come and take a look.
