DJ Daiquiri awarded as "Best animator/musicgroup/DJ 2006" during the Rotterdam Summer Carnaval. Daiquiri played during the 7 hour during Roadmarch on the Musictruck of Dance & Show team Venganza. Their theme this year was "Fuego"; Fire ! Daiquiri made a special carnaval fire remix with famous tunes in it, like : Fire by the Pointer Sisters, Follow the leader, Dutch Firemen songs, Baby light my fire etc. Daiquiri opened the show with a monsterous Firetruck sirene, all played by a 12 x 3 kW sound system, provide by Hollands no 1 Sound rental company Ampco Pro Rent . Morry Chrispijn`s celabrated 10 years "Salsaventura", Leading Dutch Salsa danceschool Salsaventura recently held their 10 years anniversery party in the "evenementenhal Rijswijk" with "the salsashow of the year" and a 1500 attended salsaparty. The show of the year concisted off all major Dutch Dance Salsashowteams including the Dutch and European champions. The Party went on till early in the morning with the Salsaventura DJ Mauri & Dj Daiquiri.
