From childhood, Joni’s rhythms turned heads. Competing in hip-hop, dancehall, and street dance, she moved with effortless energy. In 2012, she found Kizomba. As the years passed, Bachata and Salsa became part of her journey, expanding her expression across cultures and styles. After years through dancing, a yoga dance holiday where she was invited as a Lightworker— she reconnected with her first love ‘Kizomba’. And then came Konpa—the rhythm that speaks to the soul. The playful, irresistible beats that kept calling her, time and time again. It became more than just a dance; it became her Lightdance—a space where movement meets spirit, where joy meets depth.

Joni invites everyone to find that same magic—within themselves, their dance partners, and the music that moves them

mrTARAS • Is an international dance instructor with more than 25 years of dance experience. Konpa came into his life through music, and with full respect, he found himself attracted to konpa dance as well. Freedom, expression, fun, and deep feeling - it gave Taras a new breath after years of teaching Kizomba. Now, #mrTaras, also known as @ikizzua, is on a global tour with over 20 years of dance teaching experience, sharing his knowledge with thousands of people across continents. For Konpa, he always has a special space and passion in his workshops. TARAS has introduced Konpa to many countries as an ambassador.
"Hopefully, more people will get to experience the magical feeling of two individuals dancing as one."
