Have you ever wondered what the differences are in rhythm, type of clave, and dance style between the various forms of Rumba, such as Yambú and Guaguancó? Let`s learn together!

During the Yambú class, you`ll explore the smooth, playful movements and rhythms of this traditional Cuban dance, connecting with its rich Afro-Cuban roots and developing your style and flow. As this rhythm is slower, you`ll gain cleaner movements which will help you during the Guaguancó also.

In the Rumba Guaguancó workshop, you’ll dive into the energetic and dynamic rhythms of this Cuban dance, mastering the playful interaction between you and your partner and learning how to express the vibrant, flirtatious style that defines Guaguancó.

Ladies, please bring your scarf or long skirt and men handkerchiefs.

* Lady Styling
Ladies!  It`s your time to shine with confidence and elegance on the dance floor. In this class, you will learn techniques for body and arm movements in Cuban Salsa, fundamentals of elegance, elements from popular dances such as Rumba and Son, footwork, and musical interpretation of a Timba song.

After this class, you’ll feel more feminine, confident, and ready to improvise with style, always keeping it elegant while hitting musical accents. Don’t miss it!

 Level Lady Styling class: Intermediate

* Man Styling Bootcamp
Gentlemen! Are you ready to dance with that Cuban flavour? In this class, you will learn to incorporate styling techniques from Rumba, such as Columbia, body movement in Cuban Salsa, key fundamentals, and how to interpret Timba songs.

By the end, you’ll feel more confident, elegant, and full of inspiration to improvise, while hitting musical accents.
